Celebrating 50 Years of Service

Has Saanich Peninsula Hospital played a role in your life?

Residents of the Saanich Peninsula and Southern Gulf Islands have been relying on Saanich Peninsula Hospital for 50 years! In 1974 the doors were opened to the brand-new hospital on Mount Newton Cross Road, a replacement of the Rest Haven Hospital in Sidney. Fifty years is a significant milestone, we’d love to hear from members of the community who have been connected with Saan Pen during that time. Did you work here? Volunteer here? Were you born here?  Were you on the Board of the Foundation or involved in other Foundation activities? We would like to learn your Saan Pen Story, and if appropriate (and with permission) share it with the SPH community.

Please send your memories through to the Saanich Peninsula Hospital & Healthcare Foundation: elizabeth.yole@sphf.ca

or Contact Us

We’d love to see photos or mementos too!
